Sad day for Maine...

Brunswick naval air-station closes its runways today. Well done to our Congressional delegation for keeping BNAS open. Your service to our nation's safety and mid-Coast Maine is exemplary. All those times you two Senators sold out your party and the right for perks for Maine really paid off didn't they?

Tonight... Maine conf. call

"Hi everyone,

There will be an initial conference call this coming Wednesday night (1-6-10) at 7:30 PM of what will hopefully become a weekly call dealing with ways to network all effective patriot organizations in Maine together in an effort to take back Augusta for the Maine Constitution, and Washington, D.C. for the U.S. Constitution.

At 7:30 PM on Wednesday evening, please call 724-444-7444, and then enter code 28186# when prompted to do so. If asked for a "pin number" enter 1#.

Please spread this information around to all of your contacts/email lists.

Thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR!"

Running as independent in Maine...

Its not as hard as you might think.

Candidate Guide

It makes it clear that running as an independent is quite a bit easier than you might expect. Non-party state rep candidates need 50 signatures on their nominating petition; beyond that, there's just a little bit of paperwork.
